About Andy Mikuszewski

From his days working at the neighborhood Polish bakery to his 20 years as a Corporate Chef, Andy has garnered a wealth of both culinary and customer development/sales experience.

A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, Chef Andy started his career as a Corporate Chef with Stouffer^® Restaurant Company. During his tenure there, he was responsible for product development, menu design, quality control, and recruiting.

Eight years later, he went on to serve as Corporate Customer Development Chef for Nestlé Prepared Foods Company^®. In this position, he was responsible for product development for the company's top frozen food brands including Lean Cuisine^®, Hot Pockets^®, and Buitoni Pasta and Sauces^®, all of which have a multi-billion dollar combined sales volume.

At Nestlé^®, he also lead the Culinary Team with new, successful, first in market innovative product launches such as Skillet Sensations^®, Spa Cuisine^®, and Panini^® in the very competitive frozen food industry. During the past three years, Chef Andy specialized in presenting new products launches to both the internal sales staff and to the largest grocery chains, including Walmart^®, Kroger^®, Safeway^®, Publix Supermarkets^®, Food Lion^®, Meijer^®, Supervalue^®, and Giant Eagle^®, to name a few. In addition, he planned and organized major industry tradeshows and marketing special events, including culinary recruiting presentations, sampling up to 5,000 items in a single day.

This wealth of experience has allowed Chef Andy to truly excel as a chef, manager, and organizer. He has a unique talent for thoroughly assessing a client's needs, and then developing and executing a plan that achieves results. Strong organizational abilities along with his passion for food and cooking have culminated into a recipe for success for both Chef Andy's business – and his clients.
