Chef Andy has the culinary expertise and organizational experience to ensure your event goes off without a hitch. He can design the kitchen and facilities, organize for procurement, coordinate delivery and storage, recruit workers, and prepare the food. He has experience serving large amounts of food in even the most challenging of circumstances. Whether the event involves 500 or 5,000, he can serve every attendee a properly cooked sample of your product with ease.

Food Presentations

When you need company executives and buying teams to sample a new food product, Chef Andy knows how to best showcase and sell that item. He will design a luncheon around your product, during which he will ensure everyone tastes a fresh, properly cooked sample. He can also deliver a presentation about how the product is made, how to cook it, and why it’s superior. Food presentations can be held on-site at your location or off-site, depending on your needs.

Recruiting Events

Recruiting candidates for your company doesn't have to be a major challenge. Hosting a recruiting event with Chef Andy is an effective way to attract top talent in marketing, sales, and food science. These events create a lot of buzz on campuses and attendance is very high.

Chef Andy can help you create your own unique event, or you can choose from one of the following:

  • Tailgate Party – An informal party where your menu choices (anything from basic brats and beer to a more upscale offering) are served while attendees have the opportunity to interact with company representatives, ask questions, and win a variety of culinary prizes. In contrast to a formal interview, this laid back atmosphere gives you a much more accurate sense of whether or not a candidate will be a good fit for your position and company culture.
  • Culinary Cocktails Hours – Attendees will have the opportunity to mingle, sample various hors d'oeuvres, listen to a food trends presentation, and review case studies, all in a sophisticated, yet comfortable setting. This event is geared towards MBA candidates.
  • Events For Food Scientists – This event can be held in a classroom style setting or off campus at a hotel. It will include a culinary product development demonstration featuring your company’s products. The demo will also include a presentation about your company. This event always creates a sense of excitement around a company and its products.
